A payment failed

Update your card in Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. For a store plan, fix the payment method in the App Store or Google Play.

Checked on Oct 1, 2026

A renewal can fail when a card expires, runs out of funds or needs your bank's approval. Fix the payment method, and the plan keeps running.

A plan you bought on the web

  1. Open Settings → Subscription at music24.com/app. You must be the workspace owner.
  2. Choose Manage Subscription. The Stripe billing page opens.
  3. Add a new card or update the old one, and pay the open invoice if Stripe offers it.

While Stripe tries the renewal again, your plan keeps working. If the payment still fails in the end, the subscription ends and your account moves to Free. Your published pages stay live.

If the first payment of a new plan fails, the plan does not start. Your account stays where it was. Choose the plan again with a card that works.

A plan you bought in the app

Apple and Google take the payment, so fix the payment method in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. The store may give you a grace period. If it ends before a payment goes through, the plan ends and your account moves to Free. See Buy and manage a plan in the apps.
