My numbers did not update
Charts update once a day and portal numbers arrive a day or two late. Here is how to tell normal timing from a real problem.

Most numbers in Music24 update once a day, not live. A chart that still shows yesterday is usually on time.
Playlist, artist and track charts
- Charts update once a day, after our nightly processing. Home shows Data as of and the day of the newest numbers.
- A new follow, or a playlist you track by its URL, is fetched within a few minutes. Its charts fill in after the next nightly run.
- Playlists refresh by size: every day from 100,000 followers, every 3 days from 10,000, every 7 days from 1,000. A smaller playlist that someone follows refreshes every day.
Insights: your Spotify for Artists, Deezer for Creators and YouTube numbers
- The services report each day 1 to 2 days late. Insights ends on the newest day the service reported, so the last day is never today.
- We read every connected service once a day at 21:30 UTC. To read it now, click Sync now on the service card in Catalog → Service connections.
- The card says when we last read it and the newest day we have: Synced … data through ….
What the Insights statuses mean
| Status | What to do |
|---|---|
| Waiting for the first sync | The connection is new. Insights fills in within a few minutes. |
| Last sync failed | The last read did not work. Click Sync now, or wait for the next daily sync. |
| Signed out. Your numbers stop here. | The service ended our sign-in. Click Reconnect on the service card and sign in again. |
