Leave a team workspace

  1. Open the team workspace, then Settings → Team.
  2. At the bottom, select Leave workspace.
  3. Confirm with Leave workspace.

You can also leave from the Your workspaces list on the same page: select Leave next to the team.

You lose access to its artists, pages and campaigns right away. Your own workspace stays as it is, and Music24 opens it. To come back, ask the owner for a new invite.

Remove a member (owner)

  1. Open Settings → Team.
  2. Under Members, select Remove next to the person.
  3. Confirm with Remove.

They lose access to the workspace right away, and their seat is free again. Music24 takes them back to their own workspace. The work they did, such as pages and follows, stays in your workspace.

API tokens and connected apps that a person set up in the workspace stop working when they leave or are removed. An invite back does not bring them back: they make new ones.

The owner cannot leave

A workspace belongs to its owner, so the owner has no Leave button. The workspace ends when the owner deletes their account. See Owner and member: who can do what.

"The owner can remove you"

You see this, or "This is your own workspace. You cannot leave it.", on a team you joined before Music24 had workspaces. For you, that team is still your own workspace, so you cannot leave it or delete your account. Ask the owner to remove you. Music24 then gives you a workspace of your own, and you sign in as before. After that you can delete your account if you want to.

Questions

Does a removed member lose their own artists?

No. They lose only your workspace. Their own workspace, its artists and its plan stay.

Can I rejoin a team I left?

Yes. Ask the owner for a new invite.
