Accept an invite

Open the link in the invite email, sign in with the invited address and select Join workspace. Your own workspace stays as it is.

Open the link in the invite email. It opens Music24 in the browser, or in the iPhone or Android app when the app is installed.
Sign in with the email address the invite went to. If you have no Music24 account yet, signing in with that address creates one.
Check the workspace name and who invited you, then select Join workspace.

The team workspace opens on Home. You keep your own workspace, and you switch between the two from the workspace menu. Joining costs you nothing: the owner manages billing for the team. See Workspaces: one login, many teams.

When the invite does not work

This invite is for another email address. You are signed in with a different address. Select Sign in with another email and use the invited one. Or ask the owner to invite the address you use.
This invite no longer works. The link was used, cancelled or is older than 7 days. Ask the owner to send a new one from Settings → Team.
The page says the workspace is full. Every seat of the plan is in use. Ask the owner to free a seat or upgrade, then open the same link again.
This link is not complete. Open the link from the email again, rather than a copy of it.
The page says you are already in the workspace. You need no invite. Open the workspace from the page, or from the workspace menu.

Questions

How long does a team invite last?

7 days. After that, or after one use, the link stops working.

Can I accept an invite with a different email address?

No. An invite is for one address. Ask the owner to invite the address you sign in with.

What happens to my own artists when I join?

Nothing. They stay in your own workspace, with your own plan.
