How many pages can I publish?
Free has 3 published SmartLink or pre-save pages at a time. The trial and every paid plan have no limit.
On Free, you can have 3 pages published at the same time. Artist, Manager and Label have no limit, and neither does the 7-day trial, which gives you the full Manager plan.

What counts
- Published pages of every artist in the workspace count together.
- A published pre-save page counts like any other page.
- Drafts do not count. Make as many as you like.
- Your profile page (bio link) never counts.
- Publishing changes to a page that is already live does not count again.
When you reach the limit
The publish button locks, and clicking it shows the plans with more pages. Unpublish a page you no longer need, or compare the plans on the pricing page. An error that says Your plan has no free page left means the same thing.
After the trial or a downgrade
Pages that are live stay live on every plan. Nothing is taken offline. You can publish a new page again once fewer than 3 are live. See Publish, share and embed a page to unpublish one.
Questions
Do my pages go offline if I move to Free?
No. Every live page stays live. You only need to be under 3 live pages to publish a new one.
Is the limit per artist?
No. It counts the published pages of every artist in the workspace together. Each artist profile page is free.
