What data Music24 stores
The personal data Music24 keeps about you and your fans, why we keep it, and who is responsible for it.
We keep the data Music24 needs to run your account, and no card numbers. Here is the list.
Your account
Your email address, the Google or Apple sign-in you use with the name and email they send us, your notification settings, what you told us in setup, and the workspaces you belong to.
What you create
Your artists and their profiles, SmartLink and pre-save pages, the images and clips you upload, Promote campaigns and posts, and the artists, tracks and playlists you follow.
Your fans
When a fan pre-saves a release, we keep their email address if they gave one, whether they agreed to hear from you, and the access their streaming service gave us to save the release on release day.
Connected accounts
The sign-ins to Spotify for Artists, Deezer for Creators, YouTube and your Promote channels, always encrypted, and the daily numbers we read with them. See How we protect your connected accounts.
Billing
On the web you pay through Stripe, and your card details stay with Stripe. In the apps you pay through Apple or Google. We keep the record of your plan and your purchases.
Usage and device data
The screens you open and the actions you take, your device type and app version, and error reports. We use them to fix problems and improve Music24. See Analytics, session replay and cookies.

Questions
Does Music24 store my card number?
No. Card payments on the web go through Stripe, and App Store and Google Play payments go through Apple and Google. We keep only the record of what you bought.
Where is my Music24 data stored?
On our servers in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Some providers, such as payments and email, process data outside the EEA under EU safeguards. Music24 is run by Hernas OÜ, an Estonian company.
How do I get a copy of my data?
Email [email protected] from the address of your account. We answer within one month.
