Change your email reports
Pick your digest, your movement alerts, your playlist alerts, and your plan and post pack emails in Settings → Notifications.

Change your email reports
- Open Settings → Notifications. On the web, open music24.com/app/settings and pick the Notifications tab. In the apps, open Settings from your avatar and tap Notifications.
- Under Movement alerts, switch Email me when something moves on or off, and pick 10%, 20% or 40%.
- Under Playlist alerts, switch Email me when a playlist adds me on or off, and pick 1K followers, 10K followers or 100K followers.
- Under Digest, pick Daily, Weekly or Off.
- Under Plan and posting emails, switch Plan and trial emails and Post pack emails on or off. An Unsubscribe link in one of these emails switches it off; turn it back on here.
- Click Save changes. The page shows Saved a moment ago.
The digest options
| Option | What you get |
|---|---|
| Daily | A summary every morning, covering yesterday. On Free, the weekly digest instead. |
| Weekly | A bigger digest every Monday, covering the past week. |
| Off | No digest. Alerts still come if their switches are on. |
These choices are yours, not the workspace’s. Each member sets their own, and your choices apply in every workspace you belong to. The web app and the iPhone and Android apps change the same settings.
All send times are in UTC: alerts at 09:00 UTC, the weekly digest on Monday at 04:00 UTC. There is no personal time zone setting. See Daily and weekly digests.
Questions
Can I get the digest in my own time zone?
No. Every report email runs on UTC, and there is no time zone setting.
Can I choose a different digest for each workspace?
No. Your choices apply to every workspace you belong to. Each workspace still sends its own email.
